<p>As the name suggests, thin shell <a href="https://rebabbittingbearing.com/white-metal-bearings-in-greece/"><strong>tri-metal bearings</strong></a> have a thickness of the bearing ranging between 2 to 5 mm for the medium capacity engine and thickness up to 10 mm for high-capacity engines. The Babbitt bearing is manufactured by RA Power Solutions up to 1500 mm inner diameter.</p>

<h2>Features of Tri-Metal and White Metal Bearings by RA Power Solutions</h2>
<p><strong>I)</strong> Strict quality control procedures are followed right from the selection of raw material, i.e., steel shell, white metal babbitt material, and various alloys used for tri-metal and white metal bearing.</p>
<p><strong>II)</strong> We perform rough and final machining of bearings on modern CNC machines. We strictly follow the tolerances specified by the manufacturer.</p>
<p><strong>III)</strong> We use a centrifugal process to bond the steel back of the bearing with the aluminium-tin alloy. This process ensures strong and reliable bonding. It is again of great importance that the bonding between the steel shell and the alloy is strong.</p>
<p><strong>IV)</strong> We manufacture undersize bearings or bearings with a higher outer diameter than standard. We follow the drawing or sample of the bearing.</p>
<p><strong>V)</strong> A small quantity of the bearing is accepted.
