Considering the urgent requirement of the client, RA Power Solutions took up the production of the bearing as a top priority. We forged the bearing shell due to the non-availability of raw material. After machining, we carried out babbitting of the white metal using the centrifugal process. This process ensures strong and dense bonding of the Babbitt metal with the steel lining. We then completed the final machining of the bearing and maintained all dimensions as per the client’s drawing.
