Development of bearings as per the sample:
In this case, the client provides us with a sample of an existing bearing drawing which is prepared by us on CAD-CAM. The new bearings are manufactured according to the dimensions and type of material composition like tri-metal or babbitt white metal.
Development of bearing as per the drawing:
The drawing of the bearings for diesel engines, compressors, pumps and motors, and all rotatory equipment is provided by the client. We develop and manufacture the bearings strictly as per the drawing and the type of bearing required by the customers.
Acceptance of small quantity of bearings:
We accept a small number of bearings for all applications. We also maintain a large stock of main & auxiliary engine bearings of popular make and model of engines like MAK, CKD Skoda, MAN B & W, Cummins, Ariel Compressor Bearings, Caterpillar, Niigata, Daihatsu, Mirrlees Blackstone, Deutz, Pielstick, etc.

BABBITT WHITE METAL MANUFACTURING PROCESS:-
The bearing steel casing is manufactured out of the forging or alloy casting depending on the client’s requirement and application.
Selection of Babbitt white metal is done according to our experience, applications, or as per the client’s specifications.
Machining of the bearing shell is done on DRDO-equipped CNC machines.
Babbitting of white metal is done by a centrifugal process.
Final machining is undertaken strictly as per the specifications and tolerances stipulated.
Final inspection before dispatch is undertaken by experienced engineers in the quality control department.
REVERSE ENGINEERING, DEVELOPMENT, AND BEARING MANUFACTURER
We are experts in the development and bearing manufacturer either from the sample or from the drawing provided to us by the client.
We have a housing facility to prepare a drawing of the old bearing on the latest version of the cad-cam and develop the drawing based on which the new bearings are manufactured.
Our experienced technicians take the dimensions of old bearings and incorporate them while preparing development drawings.
We use all the instruments which are calibrated for taking the measurements of old bearings.
